The Intelligent System For Difficult Tasks

Collamat^® 9100, a high pertormance labeling system for speeds up to 100 m/min. and highest precision, different operational widths up to 250 mm and a practical modular conception permitting a simple and quick exchange of all peripheral units.

The control unit is made to be integrated in a packing line.

Collamat^® 9100 Faster Than Most High Performance Labeling

Collamat developed Collamat^® 9100 to meet all of your labeling tasks. It is possible now to apply labels onto round products that cover 170° of the circumference by using the new Profiling method and this without turning the products.

The Modular System

Collamat Straltors AG, an experienced specialist in labeling systems, knows your needs. Its technically sophisticated modular system saves time and expenditure without any loss of precision or design opportunity. Its individual units are arranged on a plug-in modular unit. They may be mounted horizontally as well as vertically and in this manner, guarantee extremely short changeover times. The dispenser unit is connected to the monitor by two cables only.

Highest Precision

The stepping motor drive is directly coupled to the traction unit. The unwinding and rewinding devices are both equipped with their own driving mechanism to ensure precise positioning of the labels even at maximum speed of 100 m/min. or for extra widths of up to 250 mm. The feed speed automatically adapts to the conveyor belt speed with the help of a speed measuring photoelectric barrier or an incremental encoder.

User-Friendly Control, Guided By Menus

The modern electronic control based on SMD (Surface Mounted Device) technology permits even easier handling with menu guidance so that it can be installed anywhere, even separately from the labeling unit, thus offering a very high degree of user-friendliness and flexibility.

Non-Stop Operation With 2 Collamat^® 9100 Systems

Two combined systems Collamat^® 9100 can operate non-stop. The moment the label roll of the first labeler is empty, control will switch automatically to the second without missing a product or labeling a product twice.
