W Series, featuring
a modern and easy to use design provide scalable capacity in an economical way, for complete or
semi-wraparound labeling of cylindrical products such as bottles, jars, etc.
Inline with the
whole AltaFlex® family, AltaFlex® W Series guarantee
minimum adjustment times when switching
between different products. This
ensures high
productivity when working with different product types.
The disc-type
dosing unit is adjusted by its speed control button. Unlike the timing
screws,
the
disc-type
dosing unit can be used with your whole product range with
unparalleled
ease. The precise side conveyor provides a complete surface contact with the
products and guarantees perfect sticking
of labels without bubbles.
The
W Series can
be either integrated into your production line or used as standalone
labeling machines.
